About the Online Parts Catalog
Easy & Accurate Parts Identification
This catalog provides clear visuals of product parts, which may also be enlarged for closer viewing. Part numbers and names are listed alongside the visuals to help you more easily identify specific product parts. Once the appropriate part is identified, add parts to your “cart” and submit a request for the parts to be ordered.
Request & Fulfillment Process
It is important to note that this tool is not a live “ordering system”. The Online Parts Catalog allows parts to be accurately identified and requested electronically. Once a request is submitted, your PGT Customer Care representative will enter the parts request into exoQuote2, the request will be converted to an order, and a Sales Order Acknowledgement will be generated. At that time, the order will appear in your Open Orders.
